Founded by a volunteer firefighter with extensive experience collaborating with trade professionals across various disciplines in his career in industrial facilities maintenance and as a general contractor for both commercial and residential projects. We understand buildings from grading to finishing, how to maintain their functionality, and, most importantly, recognize what safety looks like. We exclusively provide inspection services; we are not contractors seeking additional work. You, the client, are our top priority, and our job is to inform and educate you about the systems within your property, their condition, and to ensure a safe environment for your family to live, work, or play.
With our inspections, you will receive a detailed digital inspection report that includes pictures and explains the aspects covered during your inspection. You can rely on us, as we have completed the latest training and are licensed to the most current standards from ICA, a nationally accredited program certified by the state of Illinois.

Aaron Egan
Founder & Head InspectorAaron Egan is excited to offer the services of Northwest Illinois Home Inspectors. He has enjoyed careers in commercial property management and prior to that in retail and business to business sales. He brings his knowledge, experience and passion for customer service to each of his clients. Having been born and raised in a small rural community in Bureau County Illinois he is excited to offer services to those type of communities that may be underserved by other professionals.
